Victorian Large 14kt Carved Onyx Oval-Shaped Hoop Earrings
A fantastic pair of onyx hoop earrings from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! These fabulous earrings, which are particularly substantial in size, features a bold oval-shaped hoop hand carved from onyx stone. The earrings begin with a large onyx bead surmount which attaches to a simple gold earring wire at the top. Hanging below is the elongated onyx hoop link which encircles a polished onyx orb dangling with lovely movement in the center. The black stone orb attaches to a gold bar adorned with an enameled bead topper, the perfect finishing touch to the dramatic appeal.
