A lovely pair of diamond and pearl earrings from the Retro (ca1945) era! These sweet stud earrings are set in 18kt yellow gold each feature a medium-sized lustrous pearl. An old Rose Cut diamond is bezel set atop each creamy white pearl, adding the perfect complement to the classic stud style. The encircling bezel is sterling silver while the original screw back posts and earring backs are crafted in yellow gold. The earring backs are hallmarked with a triple crown cat paw (indicating their Swedish origin), "18K", the year mark "T8" (indicating ca1945) and "SJAB" for their creator, Sven Jahnsson. These classic and feminine earrings look wonderful worn day or night and would make a perfect addition to any collection.

Measurements: The pearls differ very slightly in size, one measuring approximately 8.1mm and the other 8.4mm in diameter. They are visually even when worn.

Condition: The earrings are in overall excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and sterling setting. The diamonds are intact and securely set.
