A beautiful Estate heart pendant necklace! Crafted in 18k yellow gold, this pendant necklace features a smooth and simple three-dimensional heart. The top of the heart features a small "x" which is encrusted with single cut diamonds on the frontside. A complementary three-strand chain is looped through the "x", and secures with a lobster clasp.
