An absolutely exquisite navette ring from the Art Deco (ca1920s) era! Crafted in 18k white gold and platinum, this ring features a substantial navette-style centerpiece. The center of the centerpiece features 3 vertical bead-set diamonds, which rest within a marquise-shaped frame. The marquise-shaped frame is bordered on both the left and right, and top and bottom by 4 additional bead-set diamonds. Overall, the 7 old mine cut diamonds have an approximate total carat weight of .60ctw, and display I/M color and VS1-SI1 clarity. The remainder of the centerpiece features a lovely scrolling-motif cutout design, and the shoulders feature subtle engravings. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple, and the inside of the shank is stamped "PLAT" and "18K". A gorgeous ring, this piece would be perfect for any special event or occasion!
Measurements: The ring is a size 8.25, but it could easily be re-sized. The band has a width of 1.4mm, and the navette centerpiece measures 1" tall and just over 1/2" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting. All of the diamonds are secure and intact.
