An exquisite cherub necklace from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This stunning piece is made of 14kt yellow gold and features an art glass cherub face resting between a set of feathered angel wings. The angelic details are exceptional, showing fine facial features, curled hair and realistic individual feathers. Surrounding the entire outer surface is a rosy yellow gold bezel setting. and the back of the piece is foil backed, which gives the translucent art glass an incredible semi-iridescent appearance.
